Process parameters — current density, bath temperature, pH, chemical dosing, and cycle timing — are maintained within tight tolerances automatically, eliminating the manual variability that causes coating inconsistency in conventional operations. SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) supervision provides real-time visibility across all lines from a centralised interface, with alarm management to flag deviations before they become defects.

Digital process records replace paper-based logs entirely. Every production run generates a traceable digital record — parameter trending, alarm history, batch identity, and operator actions — providing the audit trail required by automotive OEM supply chains.
